For over 100 years, Good Housekeeping has been one of the strongest forces of consumer advocacy in America, standing for customer satisfaction, superior quality, and dependable warranties. The Good Housekeeping Research Institute stringently evaluates each product to give customers the peace of mind that if it has earned the seal, it is of the highest quality. The Good Housekeeping Institute is so thorough that Good Housekeeping provides a two-year warranty on every product it endorses. Should merchandise become defective within this time frame, it will be repaired, replaced, or the customer will be reimbursed. We take pride in the fact that our windows are backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal because of the quality and integrity that it represents.
Seal does not apply to product assembly or installation. If any product that bears the Good Housekeeping limited warranty Seal proves to be defective within two years from the date it was first sold to a consumer by an authorized retailer, Good Housekeeping will refund the purchase price or $2,000, whichever is less or, at Good Housekeeping's sole discretion, repair or replace the product.
EPA Lead Certified Firm
Window World of Boise is a proud Lead-Certified Firm.
Maintaining our Lead Certification means we are trained and regularly undertake the necessary precautions to protect our customers from the potentially harmful effects of lead. During our installation process, we take special care to ensure we contain any lead dust created, protecting our customers and the environment. Lead, which has been linked to health and environmental issues, is a heavy metal long used in the manufacturing of paint, plumbing pipes, and leaded gasoline, and can still be found in many homes built prior to 1978. By following lead-safe work practices, we mitigate the risk of lead exposure associated with disturbing remnants of lead-based paint/products.
Window World of Boise has an A+ Better Business Ranking.

Energy Star Partner
The ENERGY STAR® program is a joint venture of the EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy. Its goal is to help consumers save money and protect the environment by identifying energy-efficient goods and practices. Products that earn the ENERGY STAR prevent greenhouse gas emissions by meeting strict guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. Window World offers a variety of window and door packages that are ENERGY STAR qualified in each of the nation's four climate zones.
The American Architectural Manufacturers Association is recognized internationally for the development of standards that provide third-party validation of product performance and quality. Because Window World Windows are certified for structural, air, and water performance, they bear the prestigious AAMA Gold Label, the highest possible AAMA rating. The Gold Label indicates not only that the individual parts and pieces of the window are certified, but that the entire window system is of the highest quality.
The National Fenestration Rating Council establishes test criteria that set the standard for performance ratings of window and door products. These consistent ratings provide accurate information on the energy performance of windows, doors, and skylights. The presence of these ratings allows products across the industry to be compared on an unbiased basis.
ASTM International, formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials, is the globally recognized leader in the development and delivery of voluntary consensus standards. Its mission is to improve product quality, enhance safety, facilitate market access and trade, and build consumer confidence. Our windows have been tested and are confirmed to meet the air, water, and structural integrity standards as defined by ASTM.
