They were very responsive. Prior to getting new windows I had questions about damaged trim on the exterior of a window and they allowed me to send photos and gave me advice on how to best manage it. When I was ready to replace I called on a Thursday, got a quote on Friday, and the windows arrived and were installed almost exactly 8 weeks later. They were responsive to questions, and the installer cleaned everything up and was friendly in one week. The temperature difference in the house is noticeable. In the summer the big difference will be even more noticeable! Value and service are top notch. Thanks!
